"We had booked a double room with bathtub but only remembered after 10 minutes. The manager said it was too late to change but that we could leave if we wanted! There were also no drinks making facilities in the room and no lift."

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer sind warm und sauber, die Schlafzimmer ruhig und zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet, war sehr nett und hat alles gut beschrieben. Es war einfach klasse"

This time the usual toiletries were missing; the carpet and sofa needed cleaning or replacing and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I barely slept 2 hours last night. Dinner was well below previous standards, as was breakfast We will not be using this hotel next time we travel."
